Services Offered
Supported Living:
A helping hand to get people where they want to be
Supporting people, in their own home, to reach their full potential.
This can be any number of hours, up to 24 hours a day: 7 days a week.
Supporting adults and - or 16 and 17 year olds
Community Support:
For those extra things
Enabling you manage your day to day affairs eg shopping,
visiting the doctor, getting a job.
Domiciliary care:
Offering support and assistance with personal care to people in their own home.
Children's Services:
We offer Community Support, Domiciliary Care and Family Support
To give respite for parents and, also, to offer support and encouragement to children enabling them to explore new experiences and develop skills.
Residential Living:
A place you can call home
Homes for people with Learning Difficulties. Each home has its own special character, which reflects the personalities of the people living there.
Why are we called Cephas?
Cephas (Peter) was the ‘rock’, the foundation on which the Church was built.
We want Cephas Care to be a foundation of security and freedom for all those seeking our support.
