Supported Housing: 

A helping hand to get people where they want to be Supporting people, in their own home, to reach their full potential. This can be any number of hours, up to 24 hours a day: 7 days a week. Supporting adults and - or 16 and 17 year olds.

Community Support: 

For those extra things Enabling you manage your day to day affairs eg shopping, visiting the doctor, getting a job.

Children Services: 

A team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff support young people in their own home, to live fulfilled lives. All support packages are monitored by Managers and experienced staff to maintain high standards and ensure satisfaction. 

Domiciliary care: 

Improving the quality of life in your own home Offering support and assistance with personal care to people in their own home.  

Residential Living:  

A place you can call home Homes for people with Learning Difficulties. Each home has its own special character, which reflects the personalities of the people living there.  

Welcome Centre: 

If you are supported by Cephas come and join in with the activities Drama, Art, Fishing, Trips out.
