Cephas Care is a relaxed family centred company which recognises that people need flexibility, if they have a family. I started as a part time worker when my boys were younger.

Over the last three years I have been promoted to a senior Support Worker and now I am the Personnel Manager The company recognizes all of their employees as individuals and merits them on their individual strengths.

I have worked for this company for 2 years. I had no experience when I started but soon learnt how to do the job.

I like working here because it’s a friendly supportive team.

The training is excellent. I was very pleased to be promoted. I especially enjoy being a mentor for new staff and getting out and about.
