Drop in Centre
The Drop in Centre is a place for people to come for a coffee and chat.
Regular Coffee Mornings allow people to meet and make new friends. |

We have several structured sessions during the week

Art: Monday Mornings a small group meet for art craft and a social time. The emphasis of this group is fun.

The Drama group: The Drama group meet every Wednesday 10am till 12pm or 1pm- 3pm. This group enjoys some fine productions! e.g. a Christmas play performed in front of a packed audience of friends and family. The emphasis of the group is inclusion, so everyone has a part to play. |

Board Games: Thursday 10am till 12pm Board Games. Just turn up, the more the merrier. |
Other Activities Include: • Music • Computer Studies • Pampering Sessions |

External Activities Include:
• Trips Out • Horse Riding • Bowling • Cinema • Sailing • Outing to Pubs • Shopping • Sports • Rambling

Indoor swimming pool Multi-Sensory room.
Available for use The swimming pool is warm and private. This is more pleasant, than the public swimming pools, for some people. |

New Ideas:
The centre always welcomes new ideas. If you have an idea for a group that you would like to run contact your Manager or Ruth Sime.
Join in:
To join a group ask your manager or support worker and they will find out when a space is free for you. You should bring your support worker.
