Cephas Training
We are committed to delivering a high standard of training by trainers who have experience.
All staff will receive 5 days induction training this is mandatory and has to be completed before you can start work.
On your day 1 induction you will receive a training pack that you must bring along to all your training days, it will contain the information about your 5 day training, policies and procedures your contract, skills for care certificate.
All training will start at 9am sharp.
